Section 01
Agreement
Mine Studios ("we", "us", "our") provides Minecraft-related development and design services. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and purchasers unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Section 02
Services
We offer custom plugins, server builds, Discord setup, UI/UX design, staff systems, QA testing, advertising setup, and related services as described on our website or in a project proposal.
Deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in your proposal, store listing, or written scope — not inferred from marketing copy alone.
Section 03
Quotes & Payment
Custom projects require an agreed quote before work begins. Store packages are sold at listed fixed prices in GBP via Stripe Checkout.
Payment terms (deposit, milestones, or full payment) are stated in your proposal. We may pause or cancel work if payment is overdue.
Section 04
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, access (server files, Discord admin, branding assets), and accurate project requirements. Delays caused by missing information may shift delivery dates.
You must not use our services for illegal activity, malware, or content that violates Mojang's Minecraft Usage Guidelines or applicable law.
Section 05
Intellectual Property
Unless your contract states otherwise, full source code and deliverable ownership transfers to you upon final payment. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing before the project starts.
Third-party libraries, plugins, or assets remain subject to their original licences.
Section 06
Revisions & Scope
Each proposal includes a defined number of revision rounds. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a change order and additional fees. We will always confirm scope changes before billing extra work.
Section 07
Refunds
Deposits on custom work are non-refundable once development has started. Fixed-price store packages may be refunded at our discretion if work has not yet begun — contact hello@mine-studios.com within 48 hours of purchase.
Section 08
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including server downtime, lost revenue, or data loss beyond the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Section 09
Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. You remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date. We may terminate immediately if you breach these Terms or fail to pay.
