What does this show?

This tool queries the public Minecraft Server Status API for the same data clients see in the multiplayer list: online/offline, MOTD, player counts, version, and the server icon when available.

If the target server has enable-query=true, you may also see a fuller player list, plugins, or mods — depending on what the server exposes.

Java vs Bedrock

Pick Java for Java Edition hosts (including most Paper/Purpur/Velocity/Bungee networks). Pick Bedrock for Bedrock Edition / Geyser standalone Bedrock listeners.

Port is optional — if omitted, the API resolves SRV records and default ports the same way Minecraft does.
