Presets are a non-destructive bulk layer. Hand-painted pixels sit above them and are never overwritten unless you turn that on.
Drop a pack to restyle
Optional. Matching GUI files replace the generated templates. Vanilla Java or Bedrock packs both work.
1.20.2+ writes gui/sprites/. Older Java folds HUD edits into icons.png and widgets.png.
Click an element to paint it. Hover shows the source file.
Click a region on the preview to open its texture.
